Shipping Policy

Free Shipping to New Zealand by standard courier. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

We also ship to Australia and all other Pacific Islands, rates are calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

We want to make sure that you’re happy with your items, so we will gladly refund or exchange your item(s) if you change your mind. In order for us to do so, we just need you to complete a returns form and ensure the item(s) are unworn and in original packaging. We will only accept returns within 30 days of your original order date.

When returning boxed goods, please pack inside a satchel.  If the original packaging is damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, we may be unable to accept your return.

We will send you an email as soon when your return has been processed.

Returning Your Items

Please include your returns form and proof of purchase. Please note on the returns form whether you require an exchange or a refund.

Items returned without a completed returns form will not be accepted, and will be dispatched back to the sender.

Shipping costs to return an item(s) will be at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. In this case, please contact us to arrange to ship.

We suggest that you select an insured ‘track and trace’ shipping or postage method.  You are responsible for taking care of the goods and will be liable for damage until we receive them at our warehouse.

I believe I've received a faulty/incorrect item

Although we aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality if you believe you have received a faulty/incorrect item, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.

I want to exchange my items

If you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to provide an exchange for the correct size, pending availability. It may be a better option to purchase the correct size as a separate order and return the incorrect size for a refund, as we will not be able to hold stock for you while your return is in transit.
